A message from our Operations Manager regarding coronavirus (COVID-19)

As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, I acknowledge the uncertainty and concern that many guests may be experiencing, and I wanted to reach out to you about what we are doing at Aquarius Apartments.

We are monitoring the coronavirus situation closely and we are taking advice from the federal and state governments. We have stringent cleaning practices in place to ensure a healthy and safe stay at our property and due to the current situation we have increased the frequency of cleaning public areas, continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant and we have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitisers.

We are currently still open and accepting bookings for essential travel only however effective immediately our reception area is now closed. This decision has not come lightly but the health and safety of our guests and staff remains our priority. We are asking our pre-booked guests, who aren’t staying for essential travel, to rebook to a time later in the year.

Given these unique circumstances we have made the following adjustments.

Booking Policies:

• Existing reservations. All reservations – even those described as ‘non-cancellable’ – that are scheduled for arrival before 31 May 2020, can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
• New reservations. Any reservation you make – even those described as ‘non-cancellable’ – that are booked between today and 31 May 2020, for any future arrival date, can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.

Virtual Reception Hours:

Monday to Friday           9.00am – 5.00pm

Saturday and Sunday    10.00am – 4.00pm

Public Holidays               10.00am – 4.00pm

Pool and Gym Area:

We have decided to close these areas during this time to protect your health and safety.

If you need to adjust reservations made via direct booking through our website or by phone, please contact our team on 03 5021 4822.

If you need to adjust reservations made through another travel site, please contact them for assistance.
